What if peace of mind, beautiful feelings, little or no stress, wonderful, healthy relationships
and greater effectiveness, were right at your fingertips, and you held the key but didn’t realize it
or didn't know how to use it? That is what “Somebody Should Have Told Us!”
This book is about how we all have a state of perfect mental health and wisdom inside us that can
only be covered up by our own thinking, and how our use of our power of thought creates the “reality”
we see, out of which we then think, feel and act. Here are ten simple but profound truths for living
well, arising from three spiritual facts that, once grasped or truly realized, can transform one’s
life. This book has the ability to spawn insights that change the lives of those who come to understand
the simple, yet profound wisdom contained in this book. In fact, it already has.
This book is the essence of self-help, in that it points people inside themselves for all answers.
It shows people how to access their own essence whenever they need to. It shows people how they create
their experience of life moment to moment. The book is written in an easy-to-understand manner with many
stories of how people’s lives have changed. When we were growing up nobody told us what this book points
to, but somebody should have told us! And it's never too late.
This book is worth more than a million self-help books. It contains wisdom for a lifetime.
It can save a person (and those who know us) from hours of therapy later in life. Jack Pransky gets at the
very essence of what drives our happiness. Somebody Should Have Told Us! provides inspiring instruction on how
to access the power of thought to transform our lives. I am witness to the wisdom released through the Health
Realization [the three principles] approach. This book is a must read for anyone wishing to create a healthy
and fulfilling life.
About the Author
- Cheryl Santacatarina, St. Johnsbury, VT
I've been around this understanding for nearly 10 years and it has been helpful personally and professionally;
but since working with Jack, my understanding has deepened significantly. Jack’s warmth, understanding, deep-seeing,
and unwavering faith in my own innate health and wisdom has helped me to really see the principles of Mind,
Consciousness, and Thought creating my moment-to-moment experience. Most importantly, he lives what he teaches.
- Vince Flammini, Springfield, IL
You know, the only one who helped my thinking shift from a heap of habits to something that is a lot healthier,
less habitual and more in tune with who I am is you, and you are on the other side of the world! You pointed me in
a different direction, you stayed pretty consistent in not colluding with my habits and you stayed firm in the truth
of wisdom within. Everyone needs this.
- Georgina Mavor, Psychologist, Western Australia
Health Realization [the three principles] has given me the opportunity to experience relief from trauma due to
years of abuse. I have begun to see myself and others in a new way. This new way is now filled with compassion and
gratitude for what life has given me the opportunity to experience. Being exposed to Health Realization has caused
a shift in the way I see my role in life.
- Monica, Plainfield, VT
Health Realization has been an amazing journey! By accessing my own health and wisdom I experienced true
inner healing. I was then able to (begin to) move forward with my life in peace and joy, with confidence, and
with a strength and knowing that was never before present in my life. There is no better way to teach Health
Realization than to live it, and Jack Pransky does just that. Through deep listening and accessing his own
health and wisdom, Jack is able to cut to the heart of a matter and assist others in the process of healing and
self-discovery through the realization of their own inner health and wisdom. Jack’s commitment to this inside-out
approach to prevention, and to helping others, is impressive and awe-inspiring!
- Shelly, Norwich, VT
Through his gifted way of communicating, Jack helps people tap into their own wisdom, even if you think you
don’t have any. If what you seek is a better, more joyous way of being, the[se] principles for living …will change
your life. Just as Jack Pransky has helped me tap the truth within myself, you too will see how to transform your
life. I now have a different realization about myself, my relationships, and my work. Instead of carrying around
sadness and hopelessness, I now know that every moment holds the possibility for joy…. if I so choose.
- Paula Francis, Montpelier, VT
I am able to hang onto good feelings, calm, a peaceful state of mind knowing what I know about my thinking.
Jack has helped me to see the connection between my thinking and my consciousness not just through his words, but
how he lives his life.
- Kellie Joyner, Montpelier, VT
Jack has a way with words that go beyond my intellectual mind and straight into my heart. This feeling
comes through in talking and listening with Jack, and in reading his books. It is a refreshing breath that
reconnects me to my core...a universal knowing. Life’s questions (the BIG ones) do not phase me anymore-for
I know these answers already exist within us all.
- Amy Dalsimer, Thatcher Brook Primary School, Waterbury, VT
I found Jack’s book Somebody Should Have Told Us! to be the most life-changing piece of work I’ve come
across. I’ve been reading self-help material for the past twenty years and none of it has had a lasting effect.
Having read this book twice in the last few months, my life has changed completely, and without much effort…The
most thrilling aspect of what Jack teaches is that life really is easy until our thoughts get in the way of our
natural wisdom… I recommend you throw away all your self-help books and buy this wonderful piece of work. It
gently informs us that change comes from within and trying to learn external techniques will never work… I can’t
write enough good things about this book and I feel so grateful it’s come into my life.
- Brian Hill, Rochester, UK
This book has given me much hope! It is written with such honesty and wisdom that you can’t possibly walk
away from it without being touched in some way… I would encourage everyone to experience his approach…I personally
have “let go” of so much heartache that has had control of me for most of my life. This understanding also helped
me to realize that after being miserable for 10 years from the loss of my mother, I could live again...[and] be
happy. You want to read [it] over and over again. Each time you may have a new insight and see more of yourself.
I am currently going through one of the most difficult and challenging times of my life and this book gives me a
tremendous amount of comfort! I will be ok, no, I will be spectacular!... Thank you... It has the ability to
change our world!
- Karen Olson-Thomas, Topeka, KS
Health Realization [the three principles] has brought me the deepest sense of serenity I have ever
experienced. It has allowed me to use the innate power I have always known existed and believed in but
never knew how to harness it and use it to its infinite potential. I have learned and fully accepted that
“I create my reality” and that by living in this light- I can make anything happen and can choose to react
to everything in a manner which keeps me in my own personal health. I possess everything I need within me,
as each of us does- and that is truly empowering.
